Standard
Standard Shipping orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from ship date.

Expedited
UPS Expedited Shipping orders are delivered within 2 business days from ship date.

Overnight
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from order ship date. Orders destined for P.O. boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

Please note: UPS Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 12PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the next business day.

MastersBeautyStore.com orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days (we don't ship on weekends or major holidays). Then, it’s off to our shipping carriers. Once our mail carrier accepts and scans your package, the tracking information sent via email will be updated, and will give you an ETA on when you can expect your package to arrive.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll get a confirmation email. It takes a few business days to process and fulfill your order, but once it’s ready to go you’ll get a follow up email with a shipping tracking link. Please keep in mind that standard shipping is 5-7 business days, not including holidays or weekends.

If your order contains multiple items, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times (rest assured, you are only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order). When we ship your order in multiple packages, these packages may arrive separately.

Returns

At Masters Beauty Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Returns requested between 15–30 days may be eligible for store credit. All returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy below.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to qualify. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Individual skin reactions or sensitivities—including redness, irritation, or allergic responses—are unpredictable and can vary from person to person. Products that may cause such reactions are not defective and are therefore not eligible for return or refund.

Masters Beauty Store monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at its discretion. All returns are subject to validation and approval by Masters Beauty Store. We may request a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mastersbeautystore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to get a new item is to return your current item for approval, then make a separate purchase for the replacement.

Processing Your Refund:

  • Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse and once the tracking status shows “Delivered,” please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer, and bank processing times are outside of our control.
  • We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and inform you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your payment method.
  • Refunds include the purchase price paid for the item(s), including applicable taxes, less any discounts, rebates, credits, previous refunds, and shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please note that your financial institution may require additional time after processing for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Monitoring:

  • Masters Beauty Store monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at its discretion.
  • We may request a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund once your return tracking shows as “Delivered” and your return is received at our warehouse. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Auto-Delivery

Masters Beauty Store’s Recharge auto-delivery program is the most convenient way for you to get the Masters Beauty Store products you want delivered on your schedule. We automatically send your favorite products based upon your chosen frequency until you cancel. The payment method you provide will be charged, at whichever frequency you select. Pricing is subject to change. You can cancel anytime by going to your account or by emailing support at support@mastersbeautystore.com. By enrolling in the auto-delivery program, you agree to our Terms of Use.

The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. You will receive 5% off all auto delivery items, plus free shipping on orders over $100

Joining is easy! It can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To get started, simply select the Recharge auto-delivery option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal.

What will happen after I join Recharge auto-delivery?

After you join Recharge auto-delivery, you will receive an email confirming your auto-delivery status and order. This email will include a link to access the Recharge ‘Auto-Delivery’ section in your account where you can manage your future orders, auto-delivery items, and account information.

You will only be billed on the day the order is placed. We will send an email confirmation the day of each auto-delivery order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Recharge auto-delivery account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your replenishment, and/or confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel an auto-delivery by visiting the Recharge ‘Auto-Delivery’ section in your account or by emailing Customer Care at support@mastersbeautystore.com.
