Shipping policy
Masters Beauty Store offers 3–4 business day processing time as our standard handling period for all merchandise orders. Please note that due to factors outside of our control, including high order demand, weather-related disruptions, carrier delays, and global events such as COVID-19, orders placed on MastersBeautyStore.com may occasionally experience additional delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 business days to arrive depending on the carrier and destination.

Standard shipping is free for orders of $100 or more (excluding taxes).

For orders under $100, standard shipping costs are:

$9.95 for orders up to $59.99

$8.95 for orders from $60 to $99.99

Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on the weekend. Expedited shipping options are available upon request for certain orders for an additional fee.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.
Condo and Parcel Locker Deliveries
For customers living in condominiums, apartments, or buildings with shared mailrooms or parcel lockers, orders delivered to these locations are considered successfully delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the designated locker, mailroom, or authorized pickup location. Masters Beauty Store is not responsible for packages left in shared areas beyond the carrier’s delivery confirmation. We strongly encourage customers to provide unit numbers and follow any locker or mailroom pickup instructions to ensure proper delivery.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.), are restricted from air transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.
Multiple Shipments
We use merchandise inventory from our fulfillment centers and warehouses nationwide to better service our clients. You will receive multiple shipments when multiple warehouse locations are fulfilling your order. You will receive a notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is divided into multiple shipments. Alternatively, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number in the email.
Risk of Loss / Liability for Delivered Packages
All orders from Masters Beauty Store are shipped via USPS or other recognized carriers. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.
Masters Beauty Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation. Customers are encouraged to:

Ensure a secure delivery location (mailbox, front door, porch, or designated pickup location)

Check with family members, neighbors, or other residents if the package cannot be located

File a Missing Mail or Package Claim directly with the carrier if the package cannot be located
This policy applies to all standard, expedited, and multiple shipments. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this transfer of risk.
